Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time:

  • Orders typically take up to 1 business day to process before they are shipped. This excludes weekends and holidays. During peak holiday periods, processing times may extend up to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirming your purchase and including a tracking number once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Times:

  • Singapore: Typically within 3 business days from order processing.
  • Malaysia: Typically within 3-7 business days from order processing.
  • Indonesia: Typically within 3-7 business days from order processing.
  • United States: Transit time is approximately 5-20 business days. Orders will be shipped via Fedex.
  • Other International Destinations: Transit time is approximately 10-45 business days, with an average of 3 weeks.

While most packages arrive on time, please note that factors such as carrier congestion, major holidays, inclement weather, and other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

3. Tracking Your Order:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your shipment's progress.

4. Customs, Taxes, and Tariffs:

  • The prices shown on your receipt may not include taxes and tariffs that could be incurred during international shipping. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Missing Confirmation Email:

6. Order and Address Changes:

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of placement, except on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • You are responsible for original shipping charges (unless free shipping is offered) and any applicable customs or import fees.
  • Delivery times can be faster to metropolitan areas compared to rural or remote areas. During peak holiday seasons, delays may occur.
  • In some cases, packages may be forwarded to local courier services for delivery, which will be reflected in your tracking updates.
  • Customs agents may occasionally delay the delivery of packages. We cannot control or take responsibility for these delays. If you experience issues, contact your local customs office for assistance.
