Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods or major sales events, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times

Singapore: 3 business days after processing
Malaysia: 3–7 business days after processing
Indonesia: 3–7 business days after processing
United States: 5–20 business days (shipped via FedEx)
Other International Destinations: 10–45 business days (average 3 weeks)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier congestion, public holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen delays.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please use the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import tariffs. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes

We process orders quickly, often on the same day they are placed. If you need to amend your shipping address or order details, please contact us immediately at hello@aurashades.co. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Dispatch & Delivery Notes

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery may be faster in metropolitan areas compared to rural or remote regions.
Some international shipments may be handed over to local courier partners for final delivery.
Customs clearance delays are outside of our control. If required, please contact your local customs office directly.
