Accidents happen — scratched lenses, broken frames, or the “oops” moments of life. We’ve got you covered. Within 1 year of your purchase, you can replace your damaged pair at a special reduced fee. Just send back the damaged pair and we’ll take care of the rest.

A flat S$3 shipping fee applies to all replacements, regardless of model.
This service is available once per customer per pair and applies only to sunglasses purchased from our official website for orders within Singapore.
Note: Discount codes are not applicable for this replacement service. Our current system does not allow us to block discount code usage at checkout. If a discount code is applied, Aura Shades reserves the right to cancel the order, issue a refund, and not proceed with the replacement. Thank you for your understanding.
How to Use Our ‘Oops I Did It Again’ Replacement Service
1. Select Your Model & Make Payment
Choose the model you wish to replace (OG, X, Carbon Fiber, etc.) and complete the replacement fee payment.
2. We’ll Contact You
Our team will WhatsApp you to confirm which pair you’re replacing.
If your exact model or colour is out of stock, you may pick a similar design or colourway as your replacement.
We’ll also arrange a courier pick-up date for your damaged pair.
3. Receive Your Replacement Pack
We’ll send your new sunglasses together with a pre-labeled return polymailer.
Simply place your damaged sunglasses into the bag.
4. Hand It to the Courier
On the scheduled day, pass the return bag (with your damaged pair inside) to the courier — and you’re all set.

Polarized vs Non-Polarized
Polarized lenses reduce harsh glare and improve clarity, making them perfect for outdoor activities like running, driving, and beach days. Non-polarized lenses, on the other hand, still offer full UV400 protection but maintain natural color perception and provide a consistent visual experience in all lighting conditions. While polarized lenses give sharper, glare-free vision, non-polarized lenses are great for everyday wear and are preferred by some athletes who want true colors and clear visibility on digital screens. Both options are good — it simply depends on your lifestyle and preference.
Do Aura Shades fit all face shapes?
We can’t promise a perfect fit for everyone, but our designs are shaped to fit most face profiles comfortably, with a snug, secure feel.
Where can I try Aura Shades in person?
We’re stocked at selected partner stores across Singapore so you can try on your favourite Aura Shades in person. You can find all store locations on our Find Us IRL (In Real Life) page. However, do check with us first - our partners may not carry every model or colourway, and we’ll gladly point you to the right place.

Do you offer prescription lenses?
Yes, we do — but only for single-vision lenses. If you need your Aura Shades customised with your prescription, we can get that arranged for you. We currently do not provide progressive lenses.
