April Kong is a fitness advocate working with F45. She's all about doing what you love, not just for the next challenge but for the long-term. Community sits at the center of how she trains, and she lights up seeing people grow and get stronger together. She's also passionate to empower women through fitness — building strength, confidence, and community one workout at a time."

Belle trains with one clear goal: getting stronger while building a better running pace and distance. Fitness for her is about consistency and self-respect as much as performance.

HYROX
Darren Ng is a HYROX enthusiast, coach and head coach at BFT Mountbatten. As a personal trainer, he helps clients hit their fat-loss goals and their HYROX personal bests. He's currently working toward qualifying for the HYROX World Championship 2027 in Hong Kong. A good workout with a good community is what keeps him moving.

Yoga, Pilates, multi-sport
Dawn Sim is a mom of four with a deep passion for fitness and healthy living. She has taught yoga and Pilates for over 20 years, starting at age 19, running classes across Singapore and overseas. In 2018 she became a certified Sound Bowl Therapist after training in Nepal, helping others find mental and emotional relaxation. She's currently working on improving her personal best marathon time, and hopes to inspire the people around her to connect, move with purpose, and become the best version of themselves.

HYROX
Din has over 18 years of experience in fitness, spanning bodybuilding, boxing, endurance racing, HYROX and functional fitness. His focus has shifted from chasing personal performance to helping others unlock theirs. As a coach, he believes fitness should build strength, resilience and confidence that carries into everyday life, whether someone is stepping into a gym for the first time or chasing their next personal best. His current goal is HYROX Pro.
Gavin
Gym, strength, endurance
Gavin Goh is a personal trainer at UFIT specialising in sports performance and endurance training. He's currently working toward completing an Ironman 70.3, with the ultimate goal of becoming a full Ironman finisher. His motto, "Always Earned, Never Given," reflects his belief that every finish line and personal best comes from consistency and hard work. He's driven by the community around him and the challenge of pushing his own limits, something he strives to instill in everyone he coaches.

Running
Kamaruzaman is an everyday dad juggling work, parenting and long-distance running. He trains weekly to better himself, balancing a full-time job and family life with a serious running habit. His current goal is a sub 3:45 marathon by the end of the year.

Running
Kenneth Lim is a full-time office worker and father of three. As a hobby runner and amateur fitness enthusiast, he leads an active lifestyle so he can age well and set a good example for his peers and children. He's aiming to complete the BYD SIM Full Marathon in 2026 and the T100 Sprint Triathlon in 2027, injury free.
Manfred
Gym, strength training
Manfred Chong stays busy across multiple disciplines, currently golf, martial arts and gym training. He's driven by exploring new experiences and meeting new people along the way. Over the next 12 months, he's aiming to run a marathon, break 90 in golf, and keep his overall fitness on track.
Roxanne
Running, outdoors, paddling, mountaineering
Roxanne Low is an athlete and coach with 65Adventure, and a Financial Advisor at Great Eastern. She coaches outdoors and recently paused competing to recover from ACL reconstruction. She's passionate about pushing the body's limits, educating the next generation, and working with people with disabilities through sport. After five years of coaching, she expanded into financial advisory, drawing on her own experience to help others understand the importance of financial planning.
Sarah
Running
Sarah Wan is a mom of four and a runner, as well as a pacer with the Singapore Runners Club. Running has become a core part of her life, whether she's training toward a goal, running with the community, or getting out there for herself. She's driven by the challenge of testing her limits and the friendships built along the way. Over the next 12 months she's aiming to become a stronger, faster runner while keeping the process enjoyable, chasing new personal bests and showing her kids that it's okay to dream big and keep trying after setbacks.
Varman
Triathlon
Varman works in cybersecurity at SIM and trains as an intermediate triathlete. He's chasing a spot at the Ironman World Championship and working toward becoming a national athlete, with Ironman Phu Quoc and Ironman New Zealand on his calendar.
Ying Tian
Running
Ying Tian works in real estate and creates content across fashion, sport, family and travel. She loves running, especially long distance. She's working toward completing her marathon World Majors journey with Boston 2027, and is currently training for Sydney and Kobe.
Zee Ping
Marathon
Zee Ping is 46 and started taking running seriously during the COVID years. What began as staying fit to keep up with his kids has turned into chasing marathon personal bests. The running community has helped him make new friends and become a better runner overall. He's currently chasing a sub 3:15 full marathon, with Berlin (Sep 2026), Shanghai (Dec 2026) and London (Apr 2027) on the calendar.
